March Stats! 

I have no idea what happened this month but it just flew 

Quilts Started: 2
Quilt Tops Made: 2
Quilts Quilted: 1
Bound & Photographed: 1
Total Finishes for the Year - 8

The two quilts I started are my solid clown barf and one of the two teacher quilts my son asked for. 

I started the clown barf because I didn't feel like sorting & putting away the solid scraps that had begun to overflow my "catch-all" bucket.
I typically set "rules" for myself when making scrap quilts.  The rules here are "solid fabrics only" (and stripes are just two solids that are touching) 
I got all 30 blocks pieced and assembled in 6 days.

The Teacher quilt is a pattern by Latifah Saafir called Kicks.  
My son's gym teacher is retiring after 33 years of teaching (which means I had him, too!  But he taught 3-5th grade when I attended school) 

I have everything cut & about 5/6 of the templates sewn, but technically I have no blocks made yet. 

I finished piecing my Pink & Low Volume Sun Star top, quilted & bound it as well!
