November Stats

Happy December friends!

It has been a month. My November stats are here & I've got some lovely shots of what I worked on below.  Keep scrolling for eye candy!

Quilts Started - 3
Quilt tops Made - 2
Quilts Quilted - 3
Bound & Photographed - 3
Total finishes for the year - 30

First finish is the all solids version of my Guardian Quilt (which will come out Dec 10!) It washed to 68" square and should be listed for purchase soon.

I finally managed to get my Summer Pop quilt on the frame  - this top was made back in June.  I pieced the backing in July and then my long arm broke for two months.  It is quilted, bound in some fun stripes, and washed up quite nicely.

My last finish for this month is my son's birthday quilt!  He's very into Minecraft, so I went with a pixel creeper design, based on his favorite pair of pants.  Made will all solids from my stash, except the backing, which I purchased specifically for this project.

I also pieced the baby size Guardian (but still haven't managed to photograph it, since I got sick just after Thanksgiving) this month, it's just waiting on me to piece the backing before I can quilt it!

I also took a weekend trip & drove a couple hours to meet a Quilty friend! We've been chatting for over a year & she invited me down to see the Symphony Orchestra play.  It was a fantastic (quick) weekend!  Absolutely go meet your online friends if you get the chance 😂

I came down with the flu (with bronchitis and a sinus infection to boot) the week I returned home, so I've been recovering - AKA sleeping - a lot lately.

Can't wait to see what December brings.  Hopefully it's health!
